Waterloo Region – A Kitchener Regional Council seat left vacant after the passing of Councillor Kari Williams will be filled by issuing a call for applications that opens today (July 2). “It is with a heavy heart that we have now declared this seat vacant,” says Regional Chair Karen Redman.
